Pampering was on the menu yesterday at a glitzy event to raise money for terminally ill patients.
More than 100 people helped raise £1,633 for the North London Hospice at the evening of glamour at Pearsons in The Town.
Guests were treated to makeovers at the store and indulged in treats including cupcakes, cookies and a glass of fizz.
North London Hospice fundraising manager, Judi Guy, said: “Everyone had such an enjoyable evening.
“We would like to say a huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Pearsons, all the beautiful cosmetic and perfumery ladies and men and of course everyone who turned up and made the evening such as success.“
The charity provides end of life care to approximately 1,350 patients a year.
More than three quarters of its £6million annual running costs come from donations.
