MANAGERS from beleaguered rail company First Capital Connect are hosting a question and answers session with commuters on Thursday.
Representatives from all tiers of the company, which has suffered massive disruption in recent weeks due to a drivers' strike on the Thameslink line, will be at St Pancras Station to meet passengers.
Among them will be new managing director Neal Lawson at the session on the concourse between 4pm and 7pm.
Passengers from Borehamwood and Elstree station have faced severe disruption by the strike, in which a reduced number of trains were running, and the cold weather in recent weeks.
Last week Transport Secretary Lord Adonis threatened to take away the franchise unless the firm started improving its performance on the line, which has left many commuters frustrated.
