Media workshops are on offer for young people after a charity secured a grant.
Exposure, a charity which encourages young people to get involved in media, secured a £5,000 grant earlier this month from the John Lyon’s Charity, which is part of the Harrow School Foundation.
The workshops will take place at Stonegrove Estates’ Youth Project, in St Peter’s Community Hall, Stonegrove, Edgware.
Film making, creative writing and graphic design are on offer, as well as an opportunity to get work published online and in Exposure’s youth magazine.
Youth project manager Jim Ball said: “We are very aware of the valuable work Exposure does and we are really looking forward to an extended working partnership to provide the best outcomes for young people.”
The first session will take place on Wednesday, October 8 from 6pm.
