Hundreds of people responded to a consultation on the future of the Grahame Park Estate.
Barnet Borough Council asked residents what they thought about the regeneration project, which is currently going on in the area.
More than 150 people attended consultation events to provide feedback on the master plan, which included advice from Barnet Homes, Barnet Council and its development partner Genesis.
Councillor Richard Cornelius, leader of Barnet Council, said: “I am delighted to see a greater concentration of family homes and a more traditional street pattern.
“We are committed to transforming Grahame Park, and these homes, following on from the existing work, will provide high quality new homes for residents of the estate.”
The new scheme has been shortlisted by the Government for a £56 million funding package to bring forward work on the next phase of the development including demolishing the central concourse area.
