A rogue landlord who turned a house into ten rundown bedsits with poor heating and leaks has been fined.
Douglas Gerard-Reynolds was found guilty of renting out a house in multiple occupation (HMO) in Anson Road, Cricklewood, without the required licence.
He was fined £1,000 by Brent Council and ordered to pay costs of £1,457 and a victim surcharge of £100 by Willesden Magistrates’ Court on April 14.
Landlords in Brent have needed a licence for their properties since January 1.
