Did your mouth water as you watched Tony Rodd and Emma Spitzer whip up delight after delight on this year’s MasterChef?

Well now you can set your tastebuds tingling by trying some of their food first-hand at this year’s Foodie Festival at Ally Pally.

The London-based finalists are just two of the chefs lined up for the event which runs from July 3 to 5 and is celebrating its 10th anniversary.

Over the three days you can sample some of London’s finest culinary talents,and try masterclasses in bee keeping, sushi rolling and sausage making, and chocolate sniffing.

Emma and Tony will be cooking their favourite summer recipes in the Aga Rangemaster Chefs Theatre which will also welcome TV chef Aldo Zilli, and chef from The Cinnamon Club, Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants Maze and London House, SixtyOne, The Chamberlain, Heddon Street Kitchen, The Narrow, Tamarind and more.

After the heat of the kitchen, you can cool down by sipping on this season’s finest wines and bubblies with experts Neil Phillips and Charles Metcalfe, learning about beer with expert Melissa Cole or relaxing in the Giant Pimm’s Teapot or Captain Morgan Mojito Galleon.

You’ll have worked up an appetite by then and Street Food Avenue will have dozens of dishes to tempt you including Japanese, Thai, Brazilian, Argentinian, Indian, Mexican, French and African and the Producers Market will be selling everything from award winning cheeses to raspberry infused gin.

If you’re brave enough you can take on the famous Chilli Eating Competition and try and break the record of 16 million scoville eaten to win the crown - that’s 6,400 times the average chill heat!
