POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a fatal crash in Potters Bar.
The collision took place in Hawkeshead Road on Friday, November 13 at about 4.50pm.
A silver Audi A3 collided with a 25-year-old man, who was walking along the road, near to the junction of Blue Bridge Road.
The man was rushed to hospital in a critical condition and has since been pronounced dead.
No one else was injured.
Officers want to trace the driver of a white Ford Transit pickup who they believe was parked nearby, and may have vital information.
PC David Clarke, who is investigating the incident, said: “We believe that a long wheel-based white Ford Transit pickup was parked nearby around the time of the incident.
“The driver may have seen the collision itself or have driven past the scene following the incident and have information that is important to our investigation.”
