Creative dance lessons could help boost your confidence
A series of weekly dance workshops could help boost people's confidence and stamina this summer.
The creative dance and movement sessions are led by British dance choreographer Sophie Nüzel, at North Finchley’s Arts Depot in Nether Street.
The workshops take place every Friday from 11am, and costs £3 per session.
