BUSINESSES bosses in the borough can have their say on the council's budget over breakfast this week.
The special 'Leader Listens' meeting, the fourth of its kind, starts at 7.30am on Thursday, February 11, in Building 2, North London Business Park.
Organised by Conservative Leader of Barnet Council, Councillor Lynne Hillan, it gives traders and entrepreneurs the chance to air their views before the council's final decision on March 2.
"I am very keen to hear from businesses about how they think we should target our spending," said Cllr Hillan.
"It is really important that businesses let us know what they think about the spending plans and whether they fit in with their priorities."
Business breakfasters can also quiz Barnet Police's borough commander, Chief Superintendent Neil Basu, about crime in the area.
Business owners should call 020 8359 2015 or email leaderlistens@barnet.gov.uk to book a place.
Residents' thoughts can be submitted at www.barnet.gov.uk/budget.
