Witnesses sought after daylight arson attack on Mill Hill home

AN APPEAL has been launched over an arson attack on a family home in Mill Hill.

Two men were seen approaching the front door of the home in Downhurst Avenue at about 3.45pm and pour liquid from an orange carton onto it.

They then lit the liquid and ran to a nearby 'new style' Honda Civic parked further down the road.

Officers say they have not been able to find any motive for the attack and are anxious to trace anyone who may have seen these men or know more about the incident.
