residents invited to grill Barnet politicians at debate

A PRE-ELECTION debate featuring some of the leading figures in Barnet politics is being held in a Finchley hall next week.

Barnet 55+ forum has arranged the question and answer session to allow its members to have their say on developments in local politics.

Those scheduled to attend include Councillor Sachin Rajput for the Conservatives, Councillor Jack Cohen, the Lib Dem leader and Hendon parliamentary candidate for the Green party Andrew Newby.

Either Hendon MP Andrew Dismore or council group leader Cllr Alison Moore, the Finchley and Golders Green candidate, will also be in attendance.

It is being held on Monday in St Mary's Church Hall, Hendon Lane from 1.30pm and all are welcome.
