THE trial of a man accused of a serious sexual assault on a jogger in a Finchley park is due to start today.
Richard Shaw, from Aylesbury, was charged in October with the attack which happened at about 8pm on September 16 in Victoria Park, off Ballards Lane.
The 27-year-old was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Wood Green Crown Court today.
