A shisha café in Edgware that flouted planning rules, had part of its structure demolished yesterday.
An outdoor canopy at Pyramid Café, in High Street, was demolished at 7am, after Harrow Council’s planning enforcement team took action.
The café had built structures without planning permission, and failed to take them down when ordered to do so. It will now have to pay the costs of removal and may still have to face further fine.
