Age UK Barnet is inviting over 55s to a free gym open day in Finchley next week.
David Lloyd fitness centre, in High Road, Finchley, will open its doors to the over 55s from 11am on Tuesday, July 10, as part of Age UK’s Gym Open Day 2012.
Visitors can take their pick of a range of gym facilities and classes available including yoga.
Open Gym Day is a nationwide initiative, encouraging over 55s to join in with the Olympics fitness fever.
As well as encouraging people to improve their fitness, Age UK will also offer advice on health and general wellbeing.
