We were glued to our televisions when the Brits were on, not just for the great music, but for all the gorgeous dresses on display. From Adele’s red carpet arrival in a sheer black Burberry dress, to Rihanna’s crystal embellished taupe Givenchy gown, and Kylie’s cobalt blue floor sweeper by Yves Saint Laurent, we were spellbound by them all. There were of course the usual fashion faux pas’ and dubious wardrobe choices, namely Cher Lloyd in a purple jump suit and zebra print heels, Paloma Faith in an over-accessorised Dolce & Gabbana dress and Radio 1 dj Sara Cox in an ill fitting asymmetrical dress, these always bring a smile to our faces!

So with a head full of images of beautiful dresses, off we went into The Broadwalk Centre to see what award worthy dresses we could find here in our shops.

We absolutely love this gorgeous lilac and silver sparkly dress from Dorothy Perkins. With its deep V back and short batwing style sleeves it’s a steal at £35 and the necklace is £10.50, but if you get to the store quickly they are currently offering 25% off everything at Dorothy Perkins.

Krisp have an amazing ayssemetrical dress with black bodice top and chiffon coffee colour skirt for £29.99, perfect for a night out. New Look have some great tribal print dresses for only £19.99 - bang on trend for Spring 2012.

One for the boys.

Ed Sheeran has recently been seen wearing ‘Duffer’, we have just popped to JD and they have rails of clothing by this leading men’s fashion brand, instant star style for the man in your life.

Happy shopping.

Love Broadwalk x
