Why is your newspaper so negative about everything? It is disappointing that you always try to find an ‘angle’ on new homes, new schools, tax cuts and so on in order to run down the authorities.
If all is so dire in Barnet, why does the latest survey of residents’ opinions show that the vast majority of people are satisfied with their local area and think the council is doing a good job? I have lived here for 50 years and still feel it’s one of the best-run London boroughs.
