Despite the many negative reports and comments in regard to Barnet General Hospital, I would like to put in writing how well I was treated from the moment the ambulance arrived at my home, within ten minutes or less, to the time I was admitted to Juniper ward with breathing difficulties owing to Emphysema.

No job nor request from any of the patients was too much to ask for. All the nurses and doctors were angels of mercy.

However, the cleaners were not up to standard.
