Finchley boxer Dereck Chisora is reapplying for his British boxing licence after it was revoked following his brawl in Hamburg with David Haye last February.

Chisora took on Haye in July at Upton Park and suffered his first stoppage defeat of his career in an entertaining bout.

That fight was held under the Luxembourg Boxing Federation but the 29-year-old will make his case to the British Boxing Board of Control in order to have his licence reinstated.

If successful, it is reported Chisora plans to make a return on the undercard of George Groves' clash bout Mohamed Ali Ndiaye for the vacant European super-middleweight title on March 16.
