Saracens will host Ulster in Heineken Cup last eight and if they win Leicester Tigers or Toulon in the semi-final
Saracens have been handed two home draws in both the quarter-final and the semi-final of the Heineken Cup.
The Men in Black will face Ulster at home in the last eight and then either Leicester Tigers or Toulon - also on English soil - if they make it through.
Director of rugby Mark McCall admitted the Irish giants will provide a stern test for his team.
"Ulster have a fantastic squad and a team which this year David Humphreys has led brilliantly," he said.
"They had a great win over Castres yesterday without six or seven of their best players who all seem like they're going to be fit come April time so it will be a big challenge for us but one I think our boys will relish."
Saracens have played their matches at a variety of venues this season but McCall insisted the home quarter-final would still be an advantage.
McCall said: "It's probably not as important to us as for other teams.
"This is only our fifth game out of 19 matches - six Heineken Cup matches and 13 league games - here, so our record suggests we're pretty happy on the road.
"But at the same time would I rather play home or away? I'd rather play at home."
The Men in Black's bonus-point 40-7 victory over Edinburgh meant they would qualify to the knockout stages and earn a home tie if Toulouse didn't secure a bonus-point victory over Leicester.
The French side succumbed to a 9-5 defeat against the Tigers meaning Sarries' quarter-final home advantage was confirmed.
Saracens are yet to decide where the quarter-final against Ulster will be played, with a number of venues being discussed.
CEO Edward Griffiths said: "We are looking at all our options. We have planned but now it's a matter of those plans taking shape so we'll see.
"The options include every stadium in the world."
The match will be played on the weekend of April 5/6/7.
