Mark McCall delighted with 'complete' Saracens performance and praises returning fly-half Charlie Hodgson

Mark McCall feels Saracens put in the "complete performance" to beat Newcastle Falcons yesterday and singled out Charlie Hodgson after the fly-half scored 18 points on his return from injury.
Sarries extended their lead at the top of the Premiership table to two points with a 40-3 bonus-point win at Allianz Park.
The victory was much needed after two consecutive losses to Toulouse and Northampton Saints.
"It was the complete performance today. We had to build some foundations in the first 20 minutes into a very strong wind but overall we are very pleased," McCall told the press.
"A lot of things which weren't very good last week [against Northampton] were very good today. Our set-piece was outstanding, our scrum was good and to keep them tryless was important as our defence last weekend wasn't great.
Hodgson scored one of five tries in his first start of the season after recovering from an achilles injury.
David Strettle crossed the line twice and Alex Goode and Jamie George added the other two.
"[Hodgson] looked like he'd never been away," McCall said. "He hadn't played for two and a half months and to play that well was fantastic and showed what a class player he is."
Hodgson's two conversions and three penalties took his match-haul to 18 points and 2,222 overall - the most in the history of the Premiership.
