Anthony Joshua has had to postpone this Saturday’s clash against Dorian Darch due to a shoulder injury.

The heavyweight, who grew up in Watford, was set to return to the ExCeL London for the first time since his Olympic gold medal victory.

However, the 23-year-old, who trained at Finchley ABC before turning professional, has had to pull out of the fight after a shoulder issue flared up.

The bout has been rearranged and he will now meet Darch in Cardiff on February 1.

Joshua’s cousin Ben Ileyemi will compete at the ExCeL London on Saturday. Ileyemi has won both of his bouts since turning professional and he takes on Daniel Fleary.
