Barnet Elizabethans moved into third in the Herts/Middlesex League One table after they claimed a 25-13 win at Royston.

The hosts took an early lead via a converted try but Elizabethans hit back through Robert Cameron-Staff.

A penalty extended Royston’s lead to 10-5 at half-time.

From the restart, Barnet bombarded the home line and Charlie Mays slotted over a penalty. Adrian Tood touched down to equalise and Cameron-Staff put the visitors ahead.

Lloyd Morgan scored a fourth try late on and Matthew Harris added the conversion to round off the win.
