There has been a mixed reaction from Barnet supporters since it was announced Edgar Davids’ had left the club. The Times Series is asking Bees fans if it is the right decision for the Dutchman to leave?
Since Davids joined in October 2012, Barnet have been relegated from the Football League and have struggled for consistency as they look to mount a promotion bid in the Skrill Premier this season.
However, the Bees have gained a strong identity as passing side under Davids and he has undoubtedly raised the profile of the club.
As a player his leadership on the pitch was invaluable as Barnet unsuccessfully battled against relegation last season.
During the current campaign though, he has collected a number of red and yellow cards which have conveniently disguised a series of poor performances from the midfielder.
But is it the right time for Davids to leave Barnet or should he have remained in charge?
