Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers’ Nengi Ossai and Lisa Webb claimed gold medals at the South of England Masters Championships.

The event, which incorporated the British Masters, saw Ossai (V35) record victory in the 60m with a season’s best time of 7.24 and followed that up with a first place finish in the 200m with another season’s best of 23.21.

Webb took in the 1500m and she ended ahead of the field after crossing the line in 5.07.29.

Elsewhere, Greg Dunson (V50) was in dominant form at the British Masters Pentathlon Championships.

His final points total of 4231 sealed top spot and was more than 1000 points ahead of his nearest competitor.

Zoe Brown celebrated victory in the pole vault at the Irish Championships after clearing 4.31m and Melissa Courtney (Under-23) set a new personal best of 4.14.83 in the 1500m at the Birmingham Ahthletics Grand Prix.
