The Times Series understands that contrary to reports by Sky Sports News, Championship side Blackpool have not made an offer for Barnet's Keanu Marsh-Brown.
Marsh-Brown, who was subject of several bids at the end of last week, has been linked with a move to the Tangerines this afternoon but The Times Series understands the Championship side have not submitted an offer for the 22-year-old.
Speaking ahead of Saturday's game, head coach Martin Allen revealed Marsh-Brown had been let at home after the club received offers which needed to be "considered" by chairman Tony Kleanthous.
He said: “I had a chat with the chairman on Thursday; some offers have come into the chairman that he feels need to be considered.
“They’ve not been finalised yet but on Friday morning we had another meeting and we thought it would be the best interests for the football club, the team and also, of course, considering Keanu’s position, that he would be left at home this weekend, with the view to something maybe happening at the beginning of the week.”
Marsh-Brown has made one start and three substitute appearances for the Bees this season, scoring goals against Chester and Lincoln City.
