Barnet's unbeaten record away from home came to an end on Tuesday evening, with the Bees beaten 2-1 at Macclesfield Town.
Scott Barrow crashed home from 35 yards for the Silkmen to open the scoring, before Chris Holroyd nodded home a second for Macclesfield, who remain unbeaten at home.
The Bees did pull one back when John Akinde thumped home a header from Sam Togwell's corner, but it was not enough and Martin Allen's charges were beaten on the road for the first time this term.
