In Herts-Middlesex League Two, Hendon beat London French 18-16.
Tied 3-3 at half time thanks to a Cian Hynes penalty, it was Hynes who went over in the second period to put Hendon ahead.
But London French edged in front 13-8 and it took a late try from Cosy Mutuma, converted by Hynes, to re-establish the visitors’ lead.
The home side converted another kick only for Hynes to dissect the posts and secure the victory.
