Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers memeber Asher Brooks came 42nd in the inaugural North London Half Marathon on Sunday.
The course started at Allianz Park, home of Saracens, and took in Mill Hill and Edgware before finishing back at Allianz Park, Barnet.
Brooks’ time of 1.21.08 was enough to see him finish 42nd overall. Peter Limo was the overall winner, recording a time of 1.05.35.
Sammy Nyokaye was in second with a time of 1.06.53, whilst Paul Martelletti’s 1.08.14 saw him home in third position.
