Barnet have annnounced their first two pre-season friendlies will be at home to League One side Peterborough United and Championship newboys MK Dons.

The Bees will renew acquaintances with the Posh, who were the first visitors to The Hive in pre-season last summer, as they prepare for life back in League Two.

Dave Robertson's side will travel to face Barnet on Tuesday, July 21, with kick-off at  7.45pm.

Peterborough ran out 1-0 winners last summer, with Kgosi Ntlhe scoring the game's only goal.

Karl Robinson's MK Dons, who won promotion to the Championship on the final day by pipping Preston North End to second place, will take on Martin Allen's men at home on Saturday, July 25. Kick off is at 3pm.

The Dons are preparing for their return to the second tier for the first time since 2004.
