Barnet boss Martin Allen says The Hive is starting to feel like home and has called upon Bees supporters to back their side vocally one more against Accrington Stanley this afternoon.

Back-to-back home wins in League Two against Stevenage and Dagenham & Redbridge were ushered in by vociferous support rarely seen at home games.

Moving from the club's historic Underhill home has seen some supporters fall by the wayside for a variety of reasons.

But now in their third season in Edgware, head coach Allen believes the Bees are starting to feel at home at The Hive and is hoping for more of the same ahead of the visit of seventh-placed Stanley.

He told the club's website: "I’m looking forward to Saturday afternoon and getting back out in front of our own fans.

"I think the last home game was one of the best atmospheres that we’ve had here at home. This place is starting to take shape in my opinion – it’s starting to feel like a home again.

"It’s buzzing and we’ve got to keep it going. We need to keep backing the players and supporting them.

"With a little bit of luck and a bit of better play, we can get on a roll and make this season a very exciting one."
