Hendon put a four-point buffer between themselves and the relegation zone with a welcome 1-0 win over Burgess Hill Town on Saturday.
That victory ended a five-match losing streak in the Isthmian Premier Division with Kezie Ibe getting the game's only goal on 17 minutes, nipping in to score from close range.
However, the Greens were beaten 1-0 at Farnborough on Monday evening; Bogdan Vastsuk sealing their fate after 74 minutes.
Next up is a visit from Bognor Regis Town on Saturday before Grays Athletic come to Earlsmead on Tuesday.
