Barnet have made Macclesfield goalkeeper Craig Ross their first summer signing.
The 27-year-old joined on a free transfer from the Silkmen on a one-year deal, providing competition for number one Jamie Stephens.
Ross started just under half of Macclesfield's games last season but has never played in the Football League, having made his debut for Hampton and Richmond in 2011.
He spent two years as first choice at Whitehawk before the move to Macclesfield, and played youth football for both Reading and Crystal Palace.
Head coach Rossi Eames told BarnetFC.com: "I'm delighted to have signed Craig and look forward to working with him. He is an excellent professional who played over 30 games last season.
“Craig is hungry, has a winning mentality and the willingness to develop as a player, adding strength to our goalkeeping department.”
