Hendon kept up their good pre-season form with a win over National League South side Whitehawk on Saturday, before turning over Potters Bar Town at Parkfield last night.
The Greens have won all but one of their friendlies to date, when they were edged out by Ebbsfleet United last week.
Last night, they fell behind to the Scholars inside three minutes but were level within moments themselves through Niko Muir.
Muir then added a second shortly before half-time, and completed a hat-trick into the second period to collect the match ball in a 3-1 victory.
That followed up Saturday's 1-0 win over Whitehawk at the Enclosed Stadium, where Muir was again on target when turning in Keagan Cole's cross.
The Greens now travel to VCD Athletic on Saturday before hosting Hertford Town next Monday, in the build-up to their league opener at Tonbridge Angels on August 12.
