Barnet Copthall's Helen Paszyn is an ASA National Masters Springboard champion after claiming the gold medal in her 30-39 age group at Crystal Palace on Sunday (September 14).

Paszyn also claimed fourth place in her age group at the Southern Counties Masters Diving Competition held at the same venue.

Fellow Barnet Copthall team-mate Richard Heraty also claimed top honours when he scooped four medals at the national championships.

Heraty claimed a bronze and silver medal in the men's 30-39 age group springboard and highboard respectively, while also adding a bronze and gold medal in the Southern Counties competition.
