Barnet boss Ian Hendon is set to make his first signing of the summer.
Swindon Town teenage striker Jake Hyde joined up with the Bees when they returned to training today.
Hendon said: "He will be a good addition to the squad."
Hyde, who is 6ft, spent a period on loan at Weymouth last season.
Meanwhile, veterans Gary Breen and Paul Furlong trained today, though the latter is still deciding whether to accept an offer to play for Barnet this season.
