Barnet judo medal haul

One gold, three silver and three bronze medals were grabbed by members of Barnet Judo Club at the English National Championships in Hereford.

The winners were Adam Kowalski (gold), Lisa Gaitely, Erin Strong and Maurice Mwana (silver), and Niall Kempson and Joe Masters (bronze).

Much of the credit must go to chief coach and former British champion Simon Mazzullo.
