Hendon were involved in a 15-15 draw with Kilburn Cosmos in Herts/Middlesex Division One.
They controlled the game for an hour, but allowed Kilburn to fight back late on.
Tries from Voitek Walowicz and Ben Linale had given Hendon a 15-3 lead at half-time.
Hendon travel to Old Abbotstonians this Saturday.
