Barnet Saracens Elizabethans remain deep in relegation trouble after a 34-17 defeat at Enfield Ignatians in London Division Three North West on Saturday.

The only bright note was that fellow strugglers Harpenden also lost. The two sides have just two fixtures left to sort out who will be relegated with already-doomed Fullerians. Barnet currently have the edge, as they are two points ahead of their rivals.

Glyn Bayley scored Barnet's only try of the match on Saturday.

The Byng Road side host Stevenage on April 8 and then travel to Harpenden on April 22 for what could be the decider.

Meanwhile, Hendon travel to Old Isleworthians for the Middlesex Federation Vase Cup Finalon Saturday.

The side warmed up with a 13-8 victory over Old Haberdashers in Herts/Middx Division Two North.
