The Barnet Sunday Football League (BSFL) is staging two cup finals at Barnet FC’s Underhill stadium from 9.30 am on Sunday.
BSFL chairman Trevor Taylor said: “It’s a great privilege for the league to be at Underhill this year and our thanks go to Barnet chairman Tony Kleanthous and his team for making this happen.”
The league has also thanked sponsor, The Griffin pub in Whetstone, and sponsor for the day, JD Wetherspoon.
Football commentator John Motson was, until recently, president of the BSFL and a number of other famous names have been connected with the league over the years, including Rod Stewart and Tottenham Hotspur legend Martin Chivers.
