Strong display from Finchley Racing Team duo

It was another strong showing from Finchley Racing Team duo Trevor Burke and Nigel Stephen as they starred in their individual time trials.
Burke, riding against competitors half his age, took third place on the North Road 25 miles event.
Meanwhile, in the National 10 miles Time Trial Championship, Stephens also secured third in the Veterans category, in a field of 120 riders. On the road, Vince Divine, Lee Rowe and Burke battled it out in the Eastern Division Championships.
All three attempted to break away from the pack but the team had to settle for a tenth place for Divine, after a series of mishaps in the closing stages of the 90 mile race.
