Three Saracens players have been picked for England's first Test against South Africa in Durban on Saturday.
Owen Farrell lines up at fly-half with Brad Barritt featuring at inside centre.
Mouritz Botha will also start the match in the second row while Saracens' summer signing Chris Ashton keeps his place on the wing.
