2:50pm Thursday 6th September 2012 in Sport
Finchley's poor batting performance allowed Teddington to ease to to a nine-wicket win in Middlesex League Division One.
After winning the toss and deciding to bowl, Teddington made quick work of the Finchley batting order.
Only two batsmen made it into double figures as Finchley were dismissed with just 79 on the board.
George Charlton made 22, while Majed Ali top-scored with 30 off 31 deliveries.
Nicholas Ellsmore (five for 33) and Duncan Wood (three for 19) did the majority of the damage for Teddington.
Finchley knew it would be difficult to take victory and Teddington openers Joe Austin (44 not out) and James Wade (20) both scored at nearly a run a ball.
Nick Gubbins (15 not out) came in at number three and together with Austin, saw Teddington over the line with ease.
Hassan Khan was the only Stanmore bowler to have any joy as he claimed the sole wicket for 36 runs.
