Trent Park Running Club make impressive start in the Chingford Cross Country League

Trent Park Running Club have got off to an impressive start in the Chingford Cross Country League.

The club, based in Oakwood, performed well at the Hogg Hill Circuit with Pete Williams coming fifth in a time of 17.12 followed by Adam Bowman who came tenth in a personal best time of 17.36.

Overall the mens A team now lie in second place out of 11 clubs.

Trent Park Juniors also put in strong runs with David Gaskin winning the Under-17 event.

The ladies team are also doing well in the league, currently sitting in fifth place. 

The next race is at home in Trent Park this Saturday.
