Experienced midfielder James Harper has signed a contract with Barnet until the end of the campaign.
The 33-year-old is eligible to feature in tomorrow’s Skrill Premier clash against Hereford United at The Hive.
Harper began his career with Arsenal before joining Reading in 2000. He spent ten years with the Royals and helped the club reach the Premier League in 2006.
After leaving Reading, he spent time with at Sheffield United, Hull City and Wycombe Wanderers.
He joined Doncaster in the summer of 2012 and made 29 appearances in his first season for the club.
However, he failed to feature for the club during the current campaign and left the Keepmoat Stadium in January.
Paul Fairclough told the club's website: "I am absolutely delighted that we have been able to bring in such an experienced player.
"I hope he can lead the team from now until the end of the season and have a big impact at The Hive."
