Barnet captain Charlie MacDonald makes his first start for the Bees since sustaining knee ligament damage at Dover Athletic in September.
The 33-year-old striker, who returned as a substitute in last Saturday's dramatic win at Welling United, partners ex-Wycombe Wanderers striker John Akinde up front.
Watford loanee Bernard Mensah is named amongst the substitutes for the Bees, two days after making the switch from the Championship Hornets.
For Wycombe, boss Gareth Ainsworth brings Matt McClure and Max Kretzschmar into his side. The Blues are only able to name five substitutes.
Alfie Mawson and Steve Craig are both cup-tied, meaning a re-shuffle at the back.
Barnet: Stack; Yiadom, Stephens, N'Gala, Johnson; Villa, Togwell, Weston, Cook; Akinde, MacDonald.
Subs: Cowler (GK), Saville, Vilhete, Gambin, Mekki, Hunt, Mensah.
Wycombe Wanderers: Ingram; Scowen, Jombati, Pierre, Jacobson; Kretzschmar, Bloomfield, Murphy, Wood; McClure, Hayes.
Subs: Richardson (GK), Cowan-Hall, Lewis, Craig, Ephraim.
