Barnet boss Mark Robson believes it will take a little bit more time for his side to gel

Barnet boss Mark Robson admits that his team must improve if they are to start moving away from the bottom of the League Two table.
The Bees are yet to claim a victory this season and were beaten 3-1 last time out against York City. At full time on Saturday the storm clouds above Underhill symbolised of the mood in the old stadium.
However, the season is still less than a month old, the team is still a work in progress and they continue to work in their passing style. And while Robson believes his team are still gelling, he admits his players need to find the “belief and consistency” to get results week in, week out.
“It is a new group of players and it will take a little bit of time to gel for sure. But we want that quickly. I will stick to it (the passing football), I certainly won’t change. For me, if you get it right on the pitch, you will cause teams problems.
“We aren’t doing that at the moment. But we went to Birmingham and were outstanding. So the ability is definitely there it is just a case of finding the belief and consistency for the players to produce that week in week out.”
He added: “We need more throughout the team. I was disappointed because I felt there were one or two who are not doing enough at the moment – and I’ve told them so.
“But they have to make sure that back in training they are focused on what we want to do, get ready for the game at the weekend because I want to see a reaction from everybody.”
