Barnet boss Edgar Davids admits he is “looking forward” to facing Fleetwood Town at Underhill tomorrow.

The Bees will be looking to continue their improved form in League Two and have won four of their last six matches.

The Cod Army sit just outside the play-offs due to goal difference and have lost just three away games this season – although they have lost their last two matches.

Davids feels the match will be a good chance to see how much the Bees have developed.

He said: “They are a team I am looking forward to playing against because I saw them play a couple of games at the beginning of the season and they are one of the best sides playing wise.

“So I want to see how far my team has come and how we can do against them.”

The Bees may have to use Clovis Kamdjo as an emergency centre-back after Andy Iro sustained a neck injury against Rotherham United last Saturday.

However, the 28-year-old was able to travel back on the team coach after being checked over at a hospital.

Davids explained: “They excluded it being something very bad, so that is good news. But if you have an incident like that it can keep you out for one or two weeks. So we will have to be careful with Andy.”
