Young Barnet winger Iffy Allen has signed his first professional contract with the club.
The second-year scholar, who came through the Bees' college program, made his debut for Barnet in the FA Cup first round defeat against Oxford United earlier in the campaign.
Academy manager James Thorne told the club website: “Iffy is a player with great potential and is a player that can change a game in a heartbeat.
“He has two qualities that are the most sought after in the modern game, devastating pace and the ability to travel at speed with the ball.”
He added: "He has worked hard over the last year or so but will need to work even harder if he is to fulfil his undoubted potential.
“If he is able to stay focussed and bring a level of consistency to his performances there will be absolutely no limit to where his career can go.”
Allen becomes the third youngster to sign a pro deal with Barnet this year after the Bees also handed professional contracts to Jamal Lowe and George Sykes.
