Silver medals were won by Daniel Housey and Rachel Carter, with Andrew Amoah, Ariana Gomes and Daniel Housey also picking up bronze.

The club was also successful at the Hertfordshire Indoor Championships, winning eight medals, six of which were gold.

At the Kent Indoor Championships, Alis McGovern recorded the same height (3.70m) as the eventual winner and won silver for her efforts.

Jeremy Dempsey finished tenth in the English Schools Cross Country Championships at Donnington Park, and his contribution alongside George Groom, Nathan Gammon, Elliot Dee and Thomas Patrick’s allowed Hertfordshire to take home the silver medal in the junior competition.

In the senior event, Liam Dee finished in sixth place and took home team bronze as well thanks to strong performances from Robbie Lightowler, Mark Pearce, Ben Rochford, Sam Griffiths and Joe Redwood.

In the intermediate boys' race, Jamal Lewis (Bedfordshire) finished a close second, and he and Liam Dee were awarded England vests.

Overall, Hertfordshire finished third in the Liverpool Trophy, which takes into account the points from the three age groups.
