London Broncos head coach Tony Rea praised his side despite seeing them blow a lead to lose 36-14 against Wigan Warriors last Friday.
Jamie O'Callaghan gave the Broncos the perfect start with a third-minute try, before Mike McMeeken added a second, converted by Josh Drinkwater.
The Broncos were unable to build on a strong start, but Rea could not fault the side too heavily.
"We were outrageously gutsy and sensational. I thought we were wonderful and really took the game to them at the start," Rea told the club's official site.
"We came up here and really went at the contest. If there is a negative we made too many errors in our own end and we just needed to stay tidy in the middle block.
"We have been building and every game is important to us. I do expect good things for the rest of the season."
Four Wigan tries before the break put the hosts into the lead before tries from Tony Clubb, Dan Sarginson and Iain Thornley took the game away from the visitors.
Winless in their first nine, the Broncos are only off the bottom of the Super League table thanks to Bradford Bulls' points deduction.
